The nice thing about having your day job in a school is you get to know about and sometimes even take part in events you’d never normally know had happened. This year for world book day at Dumfries High School one of the English teachers organised a fancy dress day with the theme of graphic novel characters to promote reading in the school. Armed with this info I was only too happy to offer my services to shoot portraits of the staff who took part.
